APRICOT BALSAMIC SANGRIA

Ingredients:

1 750ml bottle of Riesling, or another light, fruity white wine

¼ cup brandy

¼ cup D’Olivo Apricot White Balsamic Vineger

1 lemon, sliced

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 lime, sliced

1 peach, peeled, pitted and sliced

¼ cup super-fine sugar, or to taste

Ice

 

Directions:

Place half of fruit into a pitcher and muddle with a wooden spoon. Combine remaining fruit, wine, brandy, D’Olivo Apricot Balsamic, and sugar in pitcher, add ice, and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Serve immediately.
