Smoked Dried Chaabani
Tunisian Red Chaabani Peppers are dried in kilns with olive wood and ground simultaneously with the olives to produce a very concentrated, smoky flavor. Crafted in small batches, this oil is mildly spicy.
Pairs well with these Balsamic Vinegars: Pineapple, Tangerine, Wild Raspberry, Espresso, Peach, Coconut
Amazing on grilled prawns, fish, or chicken and in a marinade for beef or pork.
