Milanese Gremolata

Traditional Italian herb condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley, and a hint of mint.

Pairs well with these Balsamic Vinegars: Sicilian Lemon, Grapefruit, Black Currant, Wild Raspberry, Lavender

Finish fish, marinate poultry, or use in dressings. Traditionally served with Osso Buco, veal, and other slow braised dishes to add a zip of flavor.
