18 Year Aged Traditional
Aged using the Solera System for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels for a mere 4% acidity making this exceedingly rich, complex and dense.
Pairs well with any of our Olive Oils!
Wonderful for vinaigrettes, glazes or marinades. Drizzle over ice cream, fresh fruits and berries, braised meats and fine cheeses.
