Using a single, large ice cube will keep your drink cold and the ice will melt more slowly than several, smaller ice cubes.
PEACH BALSAMIC OLD FASHIONED
2 oz. bourbon
1 tablespoon D’Olivo Peach White Balsamic
1 tablespoon club soda
2 peach slices
2-3 teaspoons sugar
2 basil leaves
1 large ice cube
In a cocktail shaker or pint glass, muddle peaches, basil, sugar, D’Olivo Peach Balsamic, and club soda. Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
Add bourbon and ice cube. Stir with a bar spoon to chill. Garnish with a peach slice.
